As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in facilitating financial transactions by meticulously reviewing and organizing loan applications. They will ensure strict compliance with regulations while effectively enabling clients to achieve their financial objectives.
Ideal Candidate (must have requirements):- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Mortgage Broking (Parabroking, Credit Analysis, Loans Processing, etc.)
- Must have a strong personality with leadership qualities who are passionate to drive process development/enforcement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Demonstrates exceptional time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, excelling in independent tasks.
- Delivers outstanding customer service and presentations autonomously
- Amenable to working on-site at our Cebu City office
- Provide admin support and manage the loan process from submission to settlement.
- Assist in the loan application process, including credit analysis and para broking.
- Complete data entry, prequalify clients, and track application status.
- Liaise with banks, solicitors, and clients, providing real-time updates.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct needs analysis for optimal client solutions.
