Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)

  • Facilitates loan processing and loan disbursement of loans in the system centrally.
  • Facilitates loan reversals if necessary.
  • Facilitates REMCO and other disbursement channel requests for loan disbursement.

Collection

  • Posting of all collections other than loan collections such as passbooks, membership fees, and others
  • Provide a daily proof sheet as a summary of all the collection transactions for the day.

Savings

  • Facilitates REMCO and other disbursement channel requests for CBU withdrawal.
  • Facilitates CBU Offsetting in the system.
  • Responsible for posting of pre-deducted CBU

End-of-Day Transactions

  • Performs end-of-day balancing and reconciliation of daily transactions. Ensures validity and accuracy of posting transactions.
  • Provide Daily Recon Report to Supervisors and MPU Branches

Admin Functions

  • Provides daily reports and updates to supervisors and immediate superiors.
  • Brings to the attention of the Supervisors, immediate supervisor and Director perceived or observed violation of policies and procedures, risks or irregularities perpetuated by colleagues or clients, that may affect operational efficiency or may have possible repercussions on the reputation of the enterprise.
  • Ensures attendance at any institutional events that he/she is required
