  • Responsible for the selling activities of resortfacilities, working closely with the Hotel Services, Food and Beverage andother revenue-generating departments to maximize sales/events revenue and ensure profitability throughthe activities of the department
Requirements
  • Must have at least 1-2 years progressive work experience in hotel/event sales/food & beverage/front office or any industry related tocustomer service
  • Background in hotel sales and events is an advantage
  • Possessat least a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Tourism, BusinessStudies or Administration/Marketing/Management or any related course
  • In-depth understanding of hotel salesfunctions i.e. Account qualification, target selection, negotiation,presentation, account/relationship management, servicing
  • Adaptable and flexible to differentsituations; able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales presentation andnegotiation skills
  • Driven and passionate in deliveringexceptional customer service
  • Proficient in basic computer programsneeded in hotel operations, i.e. MS Applications, hotel sales systems (Opera), and Sales and Catering System(Delphi or Opera)
