Optimus is helping a client in the dermatological devices and beauty equipment industry in search of a Sales Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales team in the dermatological devices and beauty equipment industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the dermatological devices and beauty equipment market, considering market trends and competitor analysis.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatological devices and beauty equipment. Provide training and product knowledge sessions to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to represent our products effectively.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management. Utilize insights to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably experience in selling dermatological devices or beauty equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
