  • Creates new business (Leads generation, Pipeline management, Sales presentation, Contract preparation, Negotiation & Closing) and manages costs and profitability for the company.
  • Handles compliance for Company Accreditation, Bidding, and Procurement requirements.

Account Management:

  • Responsible for the management of assigned accounts.
  • Provides first-hand service on client inquiries and concerns.
  • Overall account strategy execution which includes operations/financials and other support areas.
  • Recommends appropriate structure vertical to the client's requirements.

Overall Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts client visits & provides first-hand service on client inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitors and adheres to set SLAs and KPIs for assigned accounts.
  • To cross sell/upsell the services of the company.
  • Creates weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Presents account performance during monthly business reviews.
  • Acquires new clients for the company and achieves the set client acquisition targets.
  • Tasked to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential business.
  • Meets prospective clients to present the company's solutions.
  • Assesses the business requirements of potential clients and provides the appropriate solutions that will satisfy their business needs.
  • Compliance in company Accreditation, bidding, and procurement requirements.
  • Monitors the progress of leads generated through each stage of the sales pipeline.
  • Partners with business associations/organizations to widen the potential client network.
  • Updates and maintains the business development reports

Job Qualifications:

  • Communication skills for overseeing employees and working with other management personnel. They need to be able to effectively communicate instructions while leading th e team to meet their goals.
  • Detail-oriented for understanding complex systems and the ability to pay attention to details, as a minor error can result in major problems.
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies
  • Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
  • Excellent project management and negotiation skills
  • Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize own work as well as that work of others

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
