Role Description:

Perfios International Business is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to be a part of the International Business Development team for the Philippines region. The candidate brings with him/her strong experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Technology and Banking services space. A minimum of 5 and up to 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Technology Sales roles is a must for this role.

Starting as an Individual Contributor role, this role works closely with the management of Banking business for the Philippines market, directly reporting to the ASEAN Head of Business. And internally coordinating with multi-country Product, Engineering & Delivery teams. The flagship Perfios products are category-creators with no material competition in any of our target markets. The Perfios Banking business has demonstrated outperformance and solid proof-of-implementation across marquee clients not just in the ASEAN markets but also in the Middle East & African regions – setting the stage for hiring the right talent to achieve market dominance in key markets.

Key Accountabilities:

1. This role is required to develop and grow business from new clients in the respective focus market – The Philippines.

2. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing these onboarded clients, maintaining a long-term relationship with such clients and maximizing sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as generating new business from fresh prospects.

3. This role is a mix of business development and account management, in that order.

4. The role is that of joining the "Founding Team" in the Philippines market and reports directly into the Head of ASEAN Business, with an opportunity to grow into country leadership position for the Banking vertical.

The role would thus be responsible and accountable for the following areas:

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

1. Responsible for hunting for new clients, building pipeline, new client signup, new business onboarding, while constantly achieving annual sales target.

2. Responsible for enterprise sales of all solutions with the ability to drive solution-based sales and consultative selling.

3. Manage existing business relationships to achieve budgeted revenue goals by developing & implementing sound retention strategies & utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business.

4. Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction through the business.

5. Responsible for managing several accounts and being the face of the company to existing clients.

6. Understand customer requirement and technical conditions in detail and appraise & educate on giving the right customized solutions.

7. Inform existing customers frequently of new product features, new solutions, benefits and its impact to clients process ensuring brand recall that is enough to prioritize our products

8. Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Developing new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

1. Must be able to network and develop relationships with key decision makers (CEO, CBO, CCO, CRO, Business & Product Heads) in respective accounts.

2. Responsible for building & developing strong contacts with the clients that continuously fosters and develops the relationship for on-going sales.

3. Build Customer loyalty through continuous training and awareness programs and coordination with front end & business support functions.

4. Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up-selling activities.

CORE COMPETENCIES

1. Must be based in Manila and fluent in English with strong presentation and written skills.

2. A minimum of 5 and up to 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Technology/Enterprise Sales roles is a must for this role.

3. Strong account management and relationship building skills, Customer centricity and Networking skills.

4. Ability to identify opportunities within existing clients for a product/s and drive engagement for selling organization products.

5. Prepare and conduct customer training and workshops.

6. Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.

7. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.

8. IT skills must include above-average ability to work on Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

10. Candidates must be willing to travel for meetings, within the country.
