Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Product to lead their product and data office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive product improvements, launch innovative products in the market, and create a robust product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of product development phases from ideation to performance monitoring.

As Head of Digital Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's digital landscape. You will be at the forefront of driving product improvements, leading the charge for building and launching new innovative products in the market. Your role will involve creating a robust product roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term goals, features, and enhancements for the product. You will also be responsible for defining and communicating the vision for the product, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs. Your role will also involve ensuring smooth execution of all stages of product development, from concept to launch.

  • Drive product improvements and lead the charge for building and launching new innovative products in the market
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term goals, features, and enhancements for the product
  • Define and communicate the vision for the product, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs
  • Ensure that product development phases are executed smoothly from the conceptual stage through to product launch
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, identify data-related issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Support the commercial teams in selling credit bureau products and analytics services
  • Create a data management system that facilitates the secure collection and processing of data

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Product role brings a wealth of experience in Product Management. With a strong background in Agile methodologies and product development, you have proven experience in defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and delivering successful products to market. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to present research findings and resolution paths in executive-level forums effectively. You have a deep understanding of Software Banking and Financial Services Products (Credit, Lending, etc.), Functional Areas (i.e., Marketing), and Regulatory Reporting. Above all, your ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data insights to make informed decisions sets you apart.

  • 10+ years of experience with digital product development and management
  • Exposure in banking and financial services/technology companies
  • Strong history in end-to-end product development and management
  • Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Skilled in creating product vision and roadmaps; unafraid to call out plans that require changing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present research findings and resolution paths in Executive-level forums
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data insights to make informed decisions
