What is your mission?

Team Management

• Assist TA Manager I in coaching team members pertaining to performance and work attitude
• Assist TA Manager I in developing team members through continuous coaching, mentoring and training

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain effective relationships with Operations/Business Units
• Initiate calibration sessions to maintain alignment on hiring requirement/s profiles
• Attend calls, meetings, reporting, et al. Ensures timely communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment service-related concerns

Reporting

• Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly productivity by maintaining hiring related reports
• Maintain files in accordance with company and external auditor standards to include advertising documentation, applicant records and screening records
• Uses, maintains and updates internal tools in accordance to applicant processing
• Create and send out daily, weekly and monthly hiring reports to relevant stakeholders and leaderships teams
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presents during business reviews

Recruitment Operations

• Oversee the recruitment process as carried out by the team
• Ensure delivery of target class headcount for multiple programs or specific sites
• Monitor the status of requisitions by ensuring close coordination among team members and coordinates closely with Operations/departments for different hiring requirements
• Participate actively in the recruitment process (i.e. phone screens, paper screens, initial and final interviews, reference checks). Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements.
• Ensures accuracy of information in databases for processed applications, the generation of campaign-specific reports, and other internal recruitment reports.
• Lever recruitment via internet through our online partners and develop job announcements, advertisements and other documents to generate applicant pool
• Conduct behavioural interviews for agent candidates based on program's hiring profile
• Keep track, maintain target and manage candidate endorsement to Hiring Managers or Operations team including but not limited to coordinating interview schedules, availability of candidate information and interview status or results
• Prepare and deliver offer letters, employment contracts or letters of elimination

Onboarding

• Conducts post-offer screenings to including but not limited to background screening, regulatory hire requirements and medical screens.
• Clears candidates for hire and communicates directly with candidates to keep them engaged through start date.
• Communicates with appropriate hiring/HR Manager/Trainer regarding start date
• May assist with orientation functions as required
• Performing adhoc tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?

• College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
• Minimum 5 years related experience preferably gained in the same industry performing the same function, at least 1 year of which in a leadership capacity
• Extensive experience in competency profiling, interview skills and behavioral assessment & multiple assessment methodologies
• Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Has an excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed
