What You Will Do

We are looking for a Compensation Operations Specialist to help administer compensation programs, such as salaries, short – term and long -term incentives, as well as manage annual processes including year-end compensation planning, goals administration, and advancement cycle. This hands-on role will support development and enhancement of the compensation tools and reporting to meet overall business objectives. It will require strong project management skills and strong quantitative skills to support complex, global projects. Advanced technical and analytical skills are a must.

As a Compensation Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Drive compensation administration improvements to streamline internal processes and meet business objectives.
  • Administer and maintain Corporate Incentive Plan and Goals Process
  • Help administer long-term incentives program
  • Develop and standardize reporting, analytics, dashboards, and modeling tools for various stakeholders across the company (TA, Managers, Finance, etc.)
  • Help manage Annual Compensation Planning process including assistance with system configuration, testing, audits.
  • Collaborate with HRIS on building out and maintaining Compensation Framework in Workday, updating file integrations, and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with appropriate Technology teams to ensure the seamless flow of HR data for effective reporting and decision making.
  • Develop SOP documentation and training materials.
  • Maintain data integrity between HRIS and Compensation Systems

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, propose effective solutions, and think outside of the box
  • Strong project management and organizational skills including exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness; Ability to work independently and as a team, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand system functionality, communicate and document requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Amenable to working mid-shift (3 pm - 12 am Manila time) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

It would be great if you also

  • Have prior experience with Workday
  • Have prior experience with Beqom or other compensation planning systems
  • Have experience with system integrations
  • Have exposure to merger and acquisition activity, and significant change management experience
