Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Job Description:

  • A Recruitment Specialist are responsible for end-to-end recruitment: Through Job Posters, Job postings through different sourcing channels, resume screening and job applications, phone call assistance for applicants, interview sessions to allocate applicants through different member companies, profile endorsement to the hiring managers, salary offers and endorsement to pre-onboarding processes.
  • Process Manpower requests from hiring managers
  • Endorse successful applicants to the Onboarding officer
  • Build and report on weekly, quarterly and annual hiring status
  • Procurement of Job posters to attract talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Interview candidates in-person/online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Administer Technical Exams for the Systems Development department and endorsing of exam to the checker
  • Participation in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Fresh Graduates are free to apply
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role is a PLUS
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Team spirit
  • Digital knowledge (Canva, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Willingness to work under pressure
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone
