Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Description:
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Manage month-end and year-end closing
Monitor the financial health and liquidity of the organization
Assist with analysis of the company's financial performance and risks
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
Contribute to a high-functioning accounting team within a bustling Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services sector at Landlite Philippines Corporation
Job Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience Level: - 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, Budgeting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation; adept with General Ledger maintenance, Process Improvement, Financial Analysis, and ensuring Due Diligence in preparing Financial Statements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee financial transactions, manage budget preparation, execute account reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to financial audits.
Working Conditions:
Office setting, with standard Monday to Friday schedule, may require overtime during financial closing periods.
Qualities and Traits:
Attention to detail, high-level analytical skills, ability to multitask, strong communication abilities, and a keen sense of ethics in financial reporting.
