Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of different departments within the organization.

2. Help develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.

3. Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective and efficient operations across all business areas.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

6. Help in the recruitment, selection, training, and development of staff members.

7. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability.

8. Conduct regular meetings and communicate goals, objectives, and policies to employees.

9. Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

10. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Assistant General Manager Required Skills

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.

3. Knowledge of the industry's best practices and trends.

4. Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting processes.

5. Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.

6. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

8. High level of integrity and ethical standards.

9. Flexibility to work irregular hours or travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
