Position Title: Assistant Director HR Operations

Reports To: Human Resources Director

Candidates Preferred: Locals only

Position Purpose: To provide HR support to stakeholders in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent development and other HR transaction requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities: Through working closely with the COEs under Human resources, the Assistant Director for HR Operations has to ensure full implementation of HR Process in each site in the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • On Boarding & Regularization
  • Performance Review
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Discipline
  • Employee Engagement Programs
  • Rewards & Recognition
  1. Work closely with operation team as an advisor on the areas of human resources.
  2. Provide expert advise on the organizational structure & building effective team.
  3. Prepare agreed HR analytics to HR Director and Stakeholders to support decision making in relation to people and business growth.
  4. To maintain the integrity of company and employee data and ensure that all staff records are in agreed program
  5. Comply with all Sodexo and local government Standards and Procedures.
  6. Ensure that correct administrative procedures are followed.
  7. Facilitate staff activities and employee relations programs.
  8. Manage the administration of trainees and apprentices on sites.
  9. Administer employee recognition programs.
  10. Support Training person to ensure all staff receives ongoing training in Sodexo Standard Training programs.
  11. Support Recruitment Manager to ensure all sites are fully complemented in terms of required headcount.
  12. Attend meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree of HR, OD, Political Sciences, Educations or related fields
  2. Proficiency in written and spoken English
  3. The person must have shown the ability to handle conflict and build strong relationships within the organization
  4. Competent in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
  5. Excellent communications skills
  6. High level of commitment to Client Service
  7. Strong ethical standards and integrity
  8. Ability to work under pressure
  9. Experience in maintaining quality and accuracy in deliverables and processes
