Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Architect and execute a comprehensive HR strategy, aligning with the company's strategic priorities. Drive initiatives in organizational development, talent management and culture that support business growth and innovation.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent retention strategies, ensuring we engage and retain high-calibre talent. Develop and implement robust talent development programs, career pathways and succession planning.
  • Culture and Engagement: Champion a culture of excellence and innovation. Develop programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Promote diversity, equity and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is aligned with company goals and effectively drives high performance and employee development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk to the organization. Stay updated on labor law and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with HR certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the technology or IT services sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and talent management strategies, particularly within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a Human Resources department for companies of 2,000 to 3,000 FTEs.
  • Act as a consultant and advisor to business units, offering insights and solutions on people-related matters that affect the business's bottom line and operational efficiency.
  • A deep commitment to understanding the nuances of the business and the industry at large.
