Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
  • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
  • Organize and manage schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
  • Receive and process communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Report to HR all incident reports within your branch
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
  • Processing of business permits and other government related transactions
  • Coordinate/communicate with in-charge/concerned personnel liquidations (request and receive receipts copy)
  • Liaise/Process office documents (government permits, certifications, and their prerequisites e.g. Secretary's Certificate notarization)
