Duties and Responsibilities
Record all incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain records and files of all office documents – both hard and electronic copies
Review the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (i.e., administrative, human resources-related, and finance-related documents)
Handle procurement-related tasks, check the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (e.g., purchase requests, abstract of canvass, etc.), expedite other related plans and reports
