CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
- Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / 2nd Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualification Standards:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job preferably graduate of Business Administration, Management, Economics And other Business Related Courses
- Training: Sixteen (16) hours of training relevant to property and supply management
- Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience in the areas of management and other relevant Administrative Services
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
Criteria for Evaluation:
- Education(E): 25%
- Training (T): 10%
- Experience (E): 25%
- Written Examination: Initial Qualifying Test, Special Exam (Technical) - 10%, 15%
- Competency-based Interview: 10%
- IPCR or any related Performance Assessment Review: 5%
- TOTAL: 100%
Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 80% of the maximum total score on ETE
Final Shortlisting: Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
