You will provide support to senior directors, shareholders and business groups on legal processes, deal execution and advise them on company secretarial/corporate governance developments. By organising and documenting Board/committee meetings for key entities, you will lodge corporate documents as required by the Philippines regulators, other external parties or government authorities. In addition to maintaining statutory registers, you will also coordinate with stakeholders globally on matters affecting Philippines entities and lead group-wide ad hoc projects and transactions within the Division as required.

- 5+ years' experience in corporate law or a para-legal role, preferably in a multinational financial service or big four advisory firm
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Well-developed and demonstrated client service focus with the ability to act upon instructions, verbal or written
- Strong attention to detail with high-level organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet reporting deadlines and adopt a pragmatic approach
