JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Implement performance management systems to ensure employee performance aligns with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth within the organization.
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary changes.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and sense of belonging.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
