Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and ensuring our services align with their objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team located in different geographic locations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, achieve KPIs, and ensure operational excellence. Global Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and different sites to ensure a seamless global operation, considering time zone differences and cultural sensitivities. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high-quality service delivery. Problem Solving: Address client and team issues, find solutions, and proactively manage escalations/potential escalations. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, provide insights, and optimize processes.
