About OricaAbout the roleWe are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting candidate applications for a Specialist - Commercial Master Data Global to be based in our Manila office on a hybrid working setup.
The Specialist - Commercial Master Data Global is responsible for maintaining and governing Global Master Data, ensuring data completeness and standardization in line with business needs.
This role will develop and extend master data documentation, create, and update maintenance rules, and prepare reports for the data governance board. The role also involves improving related processes and providing support to business stakeholders through email and phone communication.
- Provide expertise and governance on Global Commercial Master Data and standards.
- Support implementation of governance processes to ensure compliance and accuracy of Commercial Master Data.
- Validate and execute create/change/delete requests for Global Commercial Master Data within service level agreements.
- Improve data integrity through audits, reconciliation processes, and optimization of business processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and communication for Commercial Master Data, and collaborate with stakeholders to manage changes effectively.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years' Commercial business experience or experience in Master Data management roles.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail. Highly competent problem- solving skills.
- Good presentation skills and communicates effectively with clear articulation.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
- Ability to plan, influence & execute.
- Able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and work independently.
- Work effectively across business unit.
