Job Requirements:
  1. Be a regular presence on the production floor and actively interact with the employees to ensure they are engaged in productive work. Daily connect with the employees, build trust, and foster honest communication.
  2. Conduct employee focus group discussions daily. Gather general feedback from employees, provide a summary report of discussions with closures.
  3. Provide approachable and professional support to employees. The EE Partner should be well-versed in company policies and procedures to address employee concerns promptly.
  4. Act as a Buddy Support to newly hired employees. Engage with them regularly during their training and nesting periods to promote a positive employee experience.
  5. Participate in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of activities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate events logistics and vendor coordination, source potential partners for Everise privileges program (revive).
  7. Perform administrative functions for the team – distribution of birthday cards, certificates, etc.
  8. Responsible for conducting regular cascade sessions on Company Policies and Processes.
  9. Accountable for reporting Employee relation cases to the ER team and working closely with them on employee cases and all investigations.

Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience: 3-5 years' experience in the field of Human Resources

Proficiency in: employee relations, employee engagement, and labor relations
