We collect your name, address, employee number, job title/position, company/office, contact number, email address, and signature solely to facilitate action on the Violation of Corporate Governance Rules and/or Retaliation Protection report you have submitted. These are accessed by Corporate Governance Office who hold such information under strict confidentiality. These are retained while any of the involved parties is employed in Meralco and shall be disposed of accordingly thereafter.

The Enterprise Relationship Head is responsible for building and managing relationship with Enterprise industrial and manufacturing companies with a contracted capacity of 500kW and above. The role involves continuous engagements with C-level executives of managed accounts, building and managing relationships with manufacturing industry groups, as well as embedded generators.

The role must handle cross-functional teams with clearly defined foals, roles, and obligations, and understands the customers' businesses, and their challenges with the guidance of the Industry Lead.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course; a registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage
  • Have full professional proficiency level that can have advanced discussions on a wide range of topics; can engage proficiency with C-suite level and key industry leaders/players
  • Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects, with strong collaboration, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues and come up with "out of the box" solutions
  • Solid judgement, strong critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Holder of a valid driver's license for manual and automatic vehicle
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
