What are we looking for?
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of financial recording. This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with vendors and external accountants, and participating in various finance-related projects and audits.

What are you expected to do?

Accounts Payable

  • Review and reconcile statement of account, invoices, billings, and related documents prior to making payments on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain records of all payment transactions, including receipts and other documentation made with suppliers, vendors, and employee-related payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and process BIR 2307 in collaboration with external accountants.

Accounts Receivable

  • Assist finance team members in preparing documents related to invoices.

Other Duties

  • Coordinate with vendors, external accounting firms, auditors, and other relevant parties to resolve any finance-related concerns, issues, or requests.

Ad Hoc

  • Participate in special projects as needed by the organization.
  • Perform audit-related tasks as needed.
  • Prepare reports as required.

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have a minimum of Three (3) years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • You are amenable to work onsite.
  • You are familiar with Philippine payroll and taxation.
  • You possess a bachelors degree in Finance or any related field.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You are able to work effectively with minimal supervision; self-motivated and self-directed.
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • You exhibit flexibility and adaptability.
  • You demonstrate honesty and integrity.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.

  • Social IDs - PHIC, SSS, HDMF, TIN
