Chevron is accepting online applications for the HR Data Management Processing Representative (Night shift) position through June 06, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
  • Learn the functionalities of Workday, SAP HR and ServiceNow to perform HR data maintenance requests
  • Performs personal and personnel data administration transactions, which include hiring, terminating, and transferring employee records in Workday and/or SAP
  • Conducts all the necessary front-end data quality checks prior to entry of data into Workday & SAP
  • Support initiatives and projects to support various Data Management and HR priorities and activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
  • At least 1-3 years work experience on data management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Experience in SAP and Workday is a plus
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule including night shift
Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
