JOB SUMMARY

Our company is seeking Senior Sales Managers to serve as the primary customer interface responsible for developing business relationships with senior management in the Government sector. Key responsibilities include providing engineering and product development support, delivering value-added and differentiation messages to customers, and establishing a defensible barrier against competitors. Additionally, you will act as the primary supplier interface for all products and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Sales growth and revenue of the company specifically for Government Accounts
  • Identify and develop new accounts, conduct competitor analysis, and expand supplier relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management in the Government sector
  • Create new concept for innovation & creative thinking
  • Develop, implement, and update strategic plans to meet customer needs and company goals
  • Make complex decisions in the face of ambiguity
  • Build confidence of client and/or partners to the company's products and services
  • Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients and third-party vendors/suppliers and/or partners
  • Initiate collaboration with other groups/ organizations on projects or methods of operating
  • Capitalize on opportunities and addresses challenges presented by the diversity of team talents
  • Establish the team's credibility with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the Team Deliverables
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to high-priority issues
  • Share knowledge, communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the team
  • Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments
  • Keeps abreast of company's products and services
  • Keeps up-to-date information of competitors (products, services, activities)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 7 year(s) and up of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • With acceptable understanding and background in Solutions Selling of various IT Solutions Services specifically for Government Sectors
  • Must have experience in Solutions Selling with proven background in handling clients across industry specifically in Government
  • Must have a strong client database and relationship from either of the said industries
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig.
  • Preferably someone who can start as soon as possible but not a requirement
