Job Description
  • Act as technical resource and solutions consultant for complex solutions sales
  • Work closely and proactively with the business development team in increasing business revenue and achieving and maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction
  • Serve as a technical account manager for assigned clients and partners and take charge of managing their technical and operational requirements and concerns during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales engagements
  • Analyze and understand partners' and customers' business objectives, requirements, and technical contexts, to design tailored solutions for both Business and Technical executives of the counterparty.
  • Design and present solutions, conduct demonstrations and trainings and manage the timely delivery and implementation of projects for clients and partners to help the business achieve revenue targets
  • Act as a liaison between the business development team/merchant and internal stakeholders in designing solutions, driving projects, and resolving issues
  • Review and coordinate the enhancement of solutions, ensuring that the solution meets business requirements and that relevant technical documentation is up-to-date
  • Provide development and support teams with client feedback and recommended improvements to enhance 2C2P's product and solution quality, and help identify potential new features or products with commercial value.
  • Design partner and customer solutions to enhance and advance the product positioning of 2C2P to global customers, in collaboration with the Business Development, IT, and Operational support team.
  • Lead and manage a team of solution consultants who will both support and point contact for stakeholders and merchants.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years work experience of IT project management or software development.
  • 3 years' experience of merchant support in payment gateway.
  • Strong customer relations skills, banking, finance or related field; experience API based web based and mobile application and programming development.
  • Good command of English communication both written and spoken.
