HR Employee Relation Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement, and maintain the Employee Engagement initiatives at the local site of responsibility
- Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing/Admin Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget at the local site/s of responsibility
- Gather feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze/provide a debrief of the project
- Support regional level of activities by being the main POC for the site on implementation
- Ensure Rewards & Recognition program effectiveness
- Ensure Corporate social responsibility programs are deployed within local site of responsibility
- Support other departments in hyping up their announcements and communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology / Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Management or equivalent
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations (company events and employee discipline; policy making) preferably in Financing Company
- Adept in the Philippine Labor Code
- With above average communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)
- Has the ability to communicate to various levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
