EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to develop comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals, culture and values using the company's Employee Engagement Framework as anchor.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives, such as but not limited to recognition programs, wellness initiatives, social events, team-building events,
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and use insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Creating a positive and fulfilling work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and adjust as necessary to meet objectives, address feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Create initiatives, programs and policies that will address current and future needs such as but not limited to DEI, ESG, Sustainability, etc.
  • Review current employee engagement programs and initiatives, analyze relevance, importance and impact to organization and identify and recommend areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 Years) in employee engagement, organizational development, or related roles, with a track record of successfully implementing initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in hosting events and activities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop and implement engaging initiatives that resonate with diverse employee populations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, organizational development, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Good Communication skills both oral and written.
  • Knows how to create communication materials, posters using Canva and other applications, video creation and editing.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid
  • 5-6 days' workweek
  • Willing to be assigned in the company's head office in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan or in Makati
