Key Responsibilities:1.

5 Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws, develop policies and procedures that promote compliance, and provide guidance to managers on compliance matters

6 HR Administration:
Manage HR administration tasks such as benefits enrollment, employee records management, and leave management

7 Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to develop HR strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives, identify HR priorities, and allocate resources effectively

8 Budget Management:
Manage the HR budget effectively by developing budget proposals, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

9 Team Management:
Lead and manage the HR team effectively by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, coaching and developing team members, and fostering a positive work environment

10 Data Analysis:
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights that inform HR decision-making andstrategy development
