Job description

As a Business Development Associate, you are expected to develop channels to find those who need office fit-out and renovation services and manage the client account and the project during the whole build period as this allows for the Business Development Associate to maintain his or her relationship with the client and project owners involved

Duties and responsibilities:

Finds new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and referralpartners (brokers, designers, project managers)Maintains relationships with existing clients to create possibilities for repeat businessCoordinates client requirements during bidding to the Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to come up with the correct design and proper costing, respectivelyWorks together with the Partners, Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to close accountsManages the communication with the client (and all other project owners) for the entire duration of the buildCommunicates concerns of Client’s Projects Team to the clients and works toward a resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, Entrepreneurship or a related field.1- 2 years of sales experienceGood client and account management skillsStrong time management and leadership skillsHighly involved in extracurricular activities, particularly ones involving administrative workProactive and with good work ethicsMust be able to work under pressure and deliver output within tight deadlines.Must be able to travel within and outside Metro ManilaGood communication skillsProblem solving skillsCultural fitAmenable to working on-site in Makati City
