JOB SUMMARY

The position is primarily responsible for providing accounts payable and non-publication sales assistance, distribution and collation of documents between Retail Group and one or more internal and external customers, as well as for providing overall Retail Group support and assistance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Coordinates and communicates successfully with internal and external customers
2. Provides, delivers and collects documents to and from internal and external customers.
3. Facilitates distribution of documents for provincial branches.
4. Coordinates and assists in retail group’s accounts payable and requests for payments.
5. Pays utility bills and do bank transactions may be required by the company. 6. Maintains master file for loyalty customers.
7. Receives non-publication deliveries meant for provincial branches and facilitates packing and distribution.
8. Contacts non-publication suppliers for available checks for pick-up.
9. Receives and releases checks for non-publication suppliers.
10. Creates reports in relation to non-publication suppliers. 11. Assists and coordinates retail group’s marketing and printing needs. 12. Assists in systems (MACOLA, RAMCO, ARIES, POS) needs.
13. Checks website (Shopee and Lazada) for accounts who sell REX books. 14. Office in-charge (assets, supplies, safekeeping) 15. Provides assistance to ROM & CRO.
16. Provides assistance and support to inquiries and needs of Retail Group.
17. Performs general office clerical work, which may include customer service, data entry, filing and organizing and other related work.
18. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
