An Admin Assistant is expected to:
The Admin Assistant serves an integral administrative and support role. This role will be responsible for office duties, like encoding, filing, documentations, taking notes during meetings and provide support to the daily operations of the company.
• Overseeing admin and clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails, records management and office management.
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Prepare agenda, schedule and organize meetings.
• Coordinate communications/announcements and activities with the staff members.
• Ensure the office/facilities runs smoothly.
What it takes to be part of our team:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2-5 years' experience as an Admin Assistant with strong background in doing various admin/clerical tasks.
• Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams etc.)
• Proficient in using office equipment (printers, scanner or faxes)
• Ability to prioritize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work on Night Shift.
• Amenable to work on On-Site.
