Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and organizing documents.

Requirements:

Graduate of any 4-year business or IT degree.Proven experience as a sales admin assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City)
