IT Admin and Compliance Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Admin and Compliance Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing IT administrative and compliance tasks, including IT audits, policy updates, , and meeting organization and IT team’s ad hoc tacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Functions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external third-party audit partners on IT compliance matters and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards.Update and maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure alignment on IT initiatives and projects.Assist in the administrative responsibilities within the IT department, covering tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, scheduling, financial-related filing, and departmental administration duties.Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards related to IT governance and compliance.Provide support for special projects and initiatives of the IT Planning team as assigned by management.Job Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.Strong understanding of IT audit principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to conduct comprehensive audits independently.Familiarity with IT policies, regulations, and compliance standardsProven experience in IT planning and administration, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.-
