Job Qualification:
Any 4-year course related to Business and/or Office Administration, Engineering.At least one (1) year of construction and maintenance management experience or related field.Background in purchasing and procurement is an advantage.Knowledgeable in MS Office 365 - Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook.Job Description:
Coordinates with Store Managers and Other Business Unit’s admin or representative regarding Maintenance and Repair Concerns.Prepares necessary documents in relation to Tendering Process.Creates weekly maintenance and repair reports (PMS, open and closed tickets, expenses).Monitors and processes DCM request via Spiceworks and other related department requests.Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in relation to DCM Maintenance and Repair Works.Answers emails and calls for all maintenance concerns of stores nationwide and other business units.Prepares transportation and meal allowance related documents of handymen .Creates lists of needed materials based on request for all minor maintenance repair (Busted lights concern, amplifier, tv and other minor request).Processes payment requests to be submitted to Purchasing Team .Conducts inventory of tools and materials (received and withdraw) used for maintenance/repairs.Records, safekeep and files contracts and important documents.Ensures all needed materials requested are accurate and correct.Checks and receives and withdraw repair related materials thoroughly.Ensures all scheduled maintenance repairs are completed on time and closed real-time in ticketing system.Stays organized in the work schedule and requesting needs .Ensures permits are secured for contractor's use on repair works.Maintains a complete record of inventory of supplies for repairs concerns .Assist the Project Manager/ Coordinator in relation to DCM new Projects and concerns.Ensure all DCM deliverables & documents related to store construction are accurate and complete.Other Details:
