Job Summary:The Chat Support Agent will provide customer support and assistance through chat-based communication channels. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in chat support or a related field.Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner.• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or similar customer service role, with 2-3 years of experience.• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Experience with CRM software and chat support tools.
