ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Deliver top-tier customer support by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries and resolving any issues, primarily through chat and email.Execute back-office tasks with a keen eye for detail and efficiency to fulfill customer requests and ensure satisfaction.Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably an IT-related course.Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the BPO industry, handling an international account.Work background in using chat and/or email communication is highly preferred.Prior experience in a technical account is a huge plus.Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva is a huge plus.Must have excellent writing skills in English; good speaking skills in English.Tech savvy with strong interest in learning new technology applications.High attention to detail.Willing to work on night shift.
