About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for penetrating and expanding market share
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive product presentations to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
  • Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Astute and methodical way of documenting.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in Business Development.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
    • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional Job Details:
      * Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
      * Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
      * Employment Type: Full-time
