Proposing and implementing FM budgets, and monitors related spendings.
Ensuring all technical and legal regulations with regards to facility state and operations are met at all times.
Managing, or facilitating and administering facility related services (i.e., technical services, cleaning, canteen, card, copy and mailing services, et.al.):
Searching for, engaging, coordinating and supervising external facilities services, in cooperation with stakeholders on site
Contributing in emergency and disaster mitigation plans are in place for the facilities and response
Contributing in sustainability planning, space planning, business continuity planning, and local translocation measures.

Assigned and perform as Facility Energy Officer as per mandatory requirement of Dept. of Energy and Facility Electrical Engineer as per requirement of PEZA and DOLE.

A job at this level:
Executes recurring day-to-day administration or service-related operations, in processes as assigned.
Serves internal stakeholder or clients with accurate and reliable execution of assigned processes.
Provides 1st level support in administrative subjects, for customers or for other stakeholders involved.
Ensure continuous utilities supply at production and other end user and in compliance with standard

Ensure that PM of facilities equipment are done according to its schedule and procedure, emergency equipment are available and functional at all times.

Requirements:

  - Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course and must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer

  - Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance equipment.

  - Knowledgeable on Air-conditioning System, Ovens, Exhaust System, U.P.S, Water pumps, DI & waste  water treatment plant, Chiller, AHU, Genset, Fire extinguisher/fire pumps, Power panel, Breaker, Oven controls, convenience outlet

-  Knowledgeable in monitoring of Gas, Energy, Water and Chemicals
