Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts to drive facilities business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with vendors and partners to achieve results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Use sales tools and methodology to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients, understanding their business environment and strategy to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and align governance and compliance policies to manage risk exposure and financial cost.

Knowledge and Attributes:
  • Sales business acumen, with skills in planning, tooling, and company business requirements.
  • Sales client engagement and management, with skills in understanding client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust.
  • Sales solution skills, with knowledge of company offerings, client applications, and market trends.
  • Sales pursuit, with skills in identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
  • Relevant vendor certifications advantageous.

Required Experience:
  • Advanced experience in a global partner management role.
  • Advanced experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
  • Advanced experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
  • Advanced sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-oriented solutions and services.
