Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Answering Phones and Greeting Visitors: Handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and welcoming visitors.Scheduling and Coordinating Meetings: Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and conferences, including arranging necessary facilities and preparing materials.Managing Correspondence: Sorting, distributing, and responding to incoming and outgoing mail and emails.Clerical Tasks
Filing and Document Management: Maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of documents.Data Entry: Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases and spreadsheets.Photocopying and Printing: Copying, printing, and binding documents as required.Office Maintenance
Supplies Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring office equipment (printers, copiers) is in good working order and arranging for repairs when needed.Work Area Organization: Keeping the office clean, organized, and presentable.Financial Duties
Handling Payments and Invoices: Processing invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.Expense Reporting: Preparing expense reports and assisting with budget tracking.Communication and Coordination
Internal Communication: Facilitating communication within the office by disseminating information and coordinating between committees.External Communication: Liaising with clients, vendors, and other external parties.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Has the willingness to learn different tasks and functions. Ability to develop efficient work plans, set priorities and meet deadlines
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Work Experience: At least 1-year
Salary: Starting minimum
Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8 Hours (Monday to Friday)
