Responsibilities:

Onboarding: 

Act as the sole PIC for ONBOARDING Send out the pre-employment requirements list for the candidates reference. Ensure the completeness of pre-employment requirements/documents submitted

Contracts: 

Drafts employment contracts for incoming and renewal employees, and process the renewal.Manage all HR Documents 

Offboarding/ Exit:

Send exit guidelines to resigning employees. Collect all exit documents to be uploaded on system. Coordinate with respective BU regarding exit issues.

System: 

Manage  System for all ARP Related configuration (such as supervisor, approver and final approver configuration)Maintain system to ensure correct timeline and details of each ARP in parallel with AGENCY details. 

Performance Management: 

Creates quarterly budget for Business Units to follow in performance management. Create quarterly timelines for performance management.
