As an HR Specialist you play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with the company's values, purpose, and objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract a diverse candidate pool.Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess qualifications against job requirements.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies if applicable.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.Facilitate decision-making by presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.Assist in negotiation and preparation of job offers.Coordinate onboarding process for selected candidates.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess process effectiveness.Create reports on recruitment key performance indicators.Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.Participate in employer branding activities, including recruitment events and online campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations is a plus.Willing to work in Makati Office
