About the role

As an Account Executive at ActiveSigns International Corporation, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery and contributing to the overall growth of the agency. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationshipCollaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns that exceed client expectationsMonitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to clients, and identify opportunities for improvementAssist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other necessary documentationParticipate in client meetings, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that ariseSupport new business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and contributing to pitch processesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with the team

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within the advertising, marketing or communications industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and present client-facing materialsA passion for the advertising and marketing industry, with a keen understanding of emerging trends and best practices
