Account Executive

BURNWATER is a boutique advertising agency located in Manila servicing local and international clients for their digital marketing, creative, design and social media needs.
We are looking for bright, creative and talented individuals to join our growing team
Primary Responsibilities & Tasks:
Represent Burnwater and key services to clients.
Supervise the creative team in the conception, presentation, and execution of pitches, bids, and projects.
Cascade the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client.Delegate work to other members of the agency team.Oversee the status of advertising campaigns.Set up internal meetings when required (i.e. Brainstorming sessions, briefing).Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.Handle budgets and manage campaign costs.Create and present reports when required, keeping records and financial details;Monitor the effectiveness of a campaign.Actively sell and promote Burnwater and its services to prospects (new business) and clients (upselling).
Seek out new business opportunities.Aggressively propose supporting initiatives to client.Secondary Responsibilities
Help with internal promotional initiatives.Account Executive Qualifications/Skills:
Working knowledge of Marketing and Advertising (or is willing to learn)Networking and negotiation skillsVerbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlinesAbility to learn quickly and apply that knowledgeAbility to work in a team environment
