Key Account Executive

Job Summary: Achieve sales targets in volume and value, execute company strategy, and develop go-to-market plans in a fast-paced FMCG distributor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in volume and value
- Execute company strategy and customer-specific initiatives
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans
- Manage relationships with key accounts and decision makers
- Monitor competitive activities and provide insights to management
- Maintain accurate and updated database of accounts and customers
- Negotiate credit terms and handle bad orders and payment delinquencies
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any field, preferably in Business Studies or Management and Marketing
- At least 2 years of field sales experience in an FMCG distributor environment
- Competency in developing go-to-market strategies and leveraging customer insight and innovation
- Business fluent in English and local language
- Ability to drive four wheels and have a driver's license
