Sales Account Executive

Sales Executive responsibilities include account management, sales and business development, customer service, order management, relationship building, and reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities are: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs. Identify opportunities to upsell and achieve sales targets by generating leads and converting them into sales. Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt response to inquiries and resolving issues. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication. Prepare and analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Qualifications include: 4-year degree in business administration or marketing At least 1 year of account management experience Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with leadership positions.
