Work you’ll do

  • Process claims for staff member benefits; respond to queries and requests related to compensation and benefits.

  • Monitor staff members’ compliance with DeloittePeopleNetwork (DPN) requirements.

  • Process final pay release for resigned employees and monitor resignation tracker.

  • Send monthly updates to Finance for the crediting of staff members’ prepaid communication allowance.

  • Monitor list of, and send out congratulatory communication to, service awardees.

  • Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements

 

  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology, behavioral sciences, management, or similar fields is preferred.

  • Work Experience. For Seniors, at least three years of experience in human resource management. For Junior Associate, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Other Qualifications. Above-average skills in written and spoken English. Keen attention to detail. Strong administrative and organizational ability. Well-developed presentation skills. Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals. Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of the academic community.
