Job Description

The HR Specialist- Compensations and Benefits is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws. He or she is also responsible for processing of employee benefit requirements and other related reports, the accuracy of employee information on HRIS, and payroll processing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with benefits processing, statutory remittance, and payroll-related tasks.Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and charges to pay rates.Prepares and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll/billing transactions.Ensures compliance with payroll wage and hour laws and best practicesReviews payroll to ensure accuracy.Process employment changes in HRIS, including new hires, job changes, salary changes, terminations, etc.Investigates and resolve inquiries concerning payrollPrepares, transmit, and reconcile timekeepingManage payroll bank accounts and ATM card processingProcess final pay of separated employeesPrepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.Process 2316 Requirements of all EmployeesPerforms other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalentWith 2 years work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Payroll .Competency and Detail-orientedGood written and oral communication skillResourcefulnessOrganized
